Milos R. Janicek, DMD
Dr. Milos R. Janicek is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care in a relaxed and caring environment.
Dr. Janicek started his practice in New London, Connecticut in 2008 and opened a second office in Westerly, Rhode Island, in 2010. He moved to the area after completing his endodontic training at the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, one of the most respected Endodontic programs in the country. There, he received training in cutting edge techniques and technologies in the fields of endodontics, endodontic microsurgery, and bone grafting. Prior to receiving his specialty training in the Tufts University Post Graduate Endodontic program, Dr. Janicek attended the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine where he received his D.M.D. in 2006. Dr. Janicek received his Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from Williams College in 2002.
In addition to private practice, Dr. Janicek enjoys teaching and sharing his passion for endodontics. He returns to the Tufts University Department of Endodontics to lecture on endodontic microsurgery technique, among other topics. His professional affiliations include the American Association of Endodontics, the American Dental Association, and the Connecticut Dental Association. Dr. Janicek also served for five years on the board of the New London County Dental Society and was also president of that organization.
Dr. Janicek lives in Stonington, Connecticut with his wife, Erin, and their three children. In his spare time… well, there isn’t much spare time with three kids… but he enjoys cycling, playing tennis, golf, and skiing anyway.
